Something I learned today. 

if the lawnmower doesn't start, remove the fuel bowl and tip out the contents and put it back on again. There is a vertical screw at the bottom of the fuel bowl that holds the fuel bowl in place. The angled screw towards the front is a drain for the fuel bowl. It might be easier to use the drain plug but make sure the mower is normally positioned on the ground to drain any water out of the Fuel bowl.
